As being curious and looking for more challenges we applied for the European Covid 19 prevention funding.
- We offered an idea is to make self-servicing Covid detection medical station, where robot is doing all laboratory duties serving equipment, without human intervention. The system will consist of three parts: direct sample collection from human, autonomic sample analysis with the robot and medical equipment, will provide result directly to a client a possibly to a national health register.

Our solution will greatly improve laboratory work, as manual work is tedious and prone to errors due to fatigue and long hours or night shifts. Laboratories are also lacking skilled personnel coping with increased demand for services. The system we are developing will still need an operator to restock various supplies, take out garbage and double check the results. But it will not be intensive work, laboratory technician will be able to cope with multiple similar systems or work side by side on other laboratory tasks. The system is mobile, so it is easy to install and works on the "Plug&Go" principle. Due to its mobility and easy transportation, the system can be easily applied in various areas such as airports, hospitals, educational institutions, etc.

The laboratory can be adapted to test many diseases which are suitable for PCR testing, that can be done from saliva, nostril swab, urine etc.
Because of mobility and easy installation, this laboratory can be easily transported and turned on in the areas like airports, hospitals, educational institutions, etc.

THE EQUIPMENT INSIDEWe will adapt and meet all your testing needs
Inside the testing lab there is a Fanuc CRX 10iA/L robot, that has special grippers designed by Ltd Nord Robotics. All the PCR testing equipment is from Thermo FIsher. Sartorius robotic pipettes are used for sample pipetting in to the microplates. Registration and identification is done on the smart touchscreen, that has special software for data processing, payments and results transmission.
